Rum Distillers Yeast - A specialist active dried rum distiller's yeast. This strain produces an optimum congener profile, producing fruit esters and aromas, making it ideal for rum spirit. It is also highly viable and robust, ensuring a short lag phase and reduced risk of bacterial infection.

Suitable for making 25 L (6.6 US Gal) of spirit.

Alcohol Tolerance: 15%

NOTE: Distiller's Yeasts are designed for use when making spirit in the more traditional way, i.e. molasses.
