Shipping & Handling

We ship to Canada only.

Shipping charges will be calculated at the check out. We ship by Canada Post unless we are requested to do otherwise.

How Shipping Weight is Calculated

• Shipping is based on the weight and the dimensions of the packages. Some items, because of their bulk or weight, may incur extra charges. For example a plastic carboy weighs less than five pounds but it's dimensional weight is 20 pounds. If there are any extra charges you will be advised before shipping and billing.
• We ship by Canada Post by default. If you prefer another shipper you can contact us and we will provide a quote before shipping.
• Our maximum shipping weight via Canada Post is 60 kilograms. If your order exceeds 60 kg we will need to ship by a different carrier. We will provide a quote before processing your order in this case. Alternatively you could split your order to keep within the 60 kilogram brakcet.

Expected Delivery Times

You can choose from Standard or Xpress Post. Standard Post will usually take 3 - 10 business days while Xpress will be 1 - 5 business days. Please note that some remote regions of Canada will incur extra charges and shipping times can be up to 21 business days.

Please note that business days do not include Saturday, Sunday or holidays.

Some of the Items we carry are heavy and can be quite expensive to ship by Xpress. Please consider this when ordering. It usually takes an extra 5 - 7 days to receive your shipment by Standard but the shipping charges can be 1/3 to 1/4 less than the price of Xpress.
