Bred in 1972 by the Hop Research Institute, Wye. Target hops have a high alpha (10 to 12%). The flavour characteristics have exceeded all expectations with a number of brewers using it in a single hop varietal situation suited to summer beers. Dry hopping with traditional whole hops is also effective in some of the stronger ales, giving positive floral aromas. An under-appreciated hop which deserves more attention.

Pelletized whole hops that have been compressed into pellet shape. No additives have been added. These hops are packaged under vacuum in oxygen barrier bags for maximum freshness. Average alpha acid values are given. Unless otherwise noted, all hops are product of USA.
